Vineyard and Winemaking

From the unique limestone coast flint soils of Mount Gambier, our Pinot Noir receives a 48 hour cold soak upon arrive at the winery, 10% whole bunch, 10 day ferment. Then into 30% new French oak and aged for 1 year.

Tasting notes

Dark cherry flavours with a touch of French oak on the palate. Bright purple and reds, with textual tannins providing length and persistence.

Aromas of cherry, spice, tobacco and blueberries.
