From the unique limestone coast flint soil, predominantly clone 76, 10-year-old vines, machine harvested. French oak barrels, aged for 12 months.

Tasting notes
Mid straw with a bright clarity.

Peach, nectarine and lemon fruit flavours with mealy, hazelnut and butter notes. In the background, there is also a flinty, mineral character.

Aromas of sweet French oak, peaches, a touch of wood smoke with a full-bodied creamy texture and flavours of roasted stone fruit, and apple with a good lengthy finish.
